Water Eye - Fukusui Ikkiku

- His first name of Ikkiku means "one scoop of water" while his last name of Fukusui means "water gone underground (to emerge as a spring)".
- Ikkiku is a member of the Fukusui clan of Sunagakure who's job once was to establish water sources for the village. Since the founding of wells and aqueducts the fukusui clan has virtually fallen into obscurity but still retain high status within the village.
- He is a talented chakra sensor type ninja and is often deployed on mission to search out rogue and criminal ninjas. His chakra nature type, quite obviously is water.
- Ikkiku has a very calm and cool personality. Not much fazes him in everyday life or regarding his job but he highly dislikes or possibly even fears medical procedures involving surgery or invasive treatments. Needles, stitches....all that stuff gives him goosebumps and he prefers to avoid all that as much as possible. Medical chakra healing techniques however don't disturb him.
- He hasn't many close friends because he prefers to keep to himself. He isn't anti social he just has trouble making friends.
- He is easily irritated by condescending behaviour and can't keep his tongue in his pocket when he finds someone is bullying another. Which is why he often comes to butt heads with Sakari Yurine and Koji. Both of them would be fine in his opinion if the two of them didn't think they were so hot to trot.
- He hopes one day get a job working directly under the kazekage.
- He is paired with Ameno. The two meet when he found himself severely injured during a mission where his arm and leg where broken and dislocated respectively as well as enduring many deep cuts all over his body. Ameno was the serving medic of the team and she immediately took to healing him, setting his broken bones and popping the dislocations back into places. Having used a majority of her chakra fixing those wounds she chose to stitch his wounds the old fashioned way. Obviously he did not agree with this (more like freaked out) and tried to get away from her....dislocating his arm and leg again and falling unconscious from pain. Exasperated, Ameno went through the whole process AGAIN and stitched his wounds by hand taking advantage of his unconscious state. When he awoke in the Suna hospital he felt deeply embarrassed that he'd allowed his fears to rise to the surface. He actively seeked her out afterwards to apologize for his behaviour. Ameno, unable to help herself started laughing straight away, which embarrassed him even more. From there the two forged a close relationship and eventually became a couple
- Ameno calls him "Ikki-kun" as a pet name

History and Beginnings:
The Fukusui clan is shrouded in mystery. Very early in the tiny village of Suna, retrieving and keeping clean fresh water was a daily struggle. Many perished from dehydration or sickness from ingesting tainted water the first leader, who was to become the first Kazekage, Reto, was quickly growing more and more concerned. He couldn't run a settlement let alone a fledgling village with it's members dropping from sickness. 
One day, a group of people arrived in the village. Many feel that they had been watching them struggle for sometime like this before they approached. They were given an opportunity to meet with Reto and asked for a place for themselves as members in the village to work and live as shinobi. In return, they would find and create a stable and safe water source for him and his people. Reto was highly skeptical. Of course people of the desert where not skilled with water based ninjutsu and he felt as though this group
