Generally I really don't get all that upset. Take 'er nice an' slow. No sense in gettin' worked up over something, most things 'll just pass by in time.

I normally either get really quiet or start cleaning furiously

Depends on what's causing it really...

Sometimes I find it more helpful to just run until I wear myself out (or even play a sport- I play so much more aggressive then, but I don't like to do that I prefer to be alone for a bit).

Or Draw, I don't do anything experimental or vaguely difficult, I just do things that are ....safe. Like characters that are simple and I love to draw. ^^

Or read, it really helps you get your mind off the issue.
