If there is ID I return it, if there's no way of contacting based on the wallet, I'd probably keep it (ideal! xD). Depends where I found it too though. like, if there was security? hahaha

This has happened to me twice, well kind of. first time it was at a cash point (ATM) and the person who went before us had left her money in the machine, so me and my friend waited for like an hour to see if they would return. And then i found a wallet and tried to find out where he lied so i could return it. I got a lovely bunch of flowers from that guy when i returned his wallet lol
