New lady for everyone tonight. Waraku Fuurin I'm working on some things about her but here are just a few I have down for now

- Calm, fairly quiet and prone to flights of fancy. Her imagination likes to run away with her sometimes
- Head librarian in Kusa. She is originally from Kumo where she was born but decided to travel and see things for herself eventually settling in Kusa after meeting friends with like interests and started running the library with them.
- not tall but not short she's an average 5'6" with a very slender "willowy" build. Her friends are often agitated with her because it seems she never gains weight no matter how much she eats. She'd actually like to put on a few pounds but her metabolism is just that efficient.
- The proverbial "bookworm" Fuurin almost always can be seen with her nose in some book or another. Her favorite genres to read are historical (both fictional and non fictional), Legends/folklores, and dramas.
- her name means "wind chimes" and it ties in slightly to the bells in her hair, which constantly give her presence away. She doesn't much care though wether her presence is known or not, either way.
- pretty soft spoken most of the time and doesn't much care for having to raise her voice. She prefers things to be quiet which can sometimes be difficult when dealing with her co-workers, especially Ito Shirori and Hyuuzu Senko who can get a little rowdy at times
